Crypto Scam Intake Form

The Law Offices of Carolina Nunez, P.A. represents victims of cryptocurrency fraud, including fake trading platforms, pig butchering scams, SIM swap theft, and crypto Ponzi schemes.

To evaluate your fraud case, we need the following:


✓ A total loss of $50,000 or more in cryptocurrency or wire transfers


✓ Funds were purchased through a regulated U.S. exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, Binance.US, Crypto.com, or similar)


✓ You still have access to your exchange account with transaction history


If your loss is under $50,000, we are unable to take your case — but you should immediately report to the FBI at ic3.gov and file at chainabuse.com to protect other victims.
